I started the day by being introduced to Sophia who was dropped off by he father Aziz. Norman cooked bacon and eggs, and then I was off.
First stop was to meet Tracy and Linda for a coffee to drink as I walked.

I arrived at the home of Iain and Kathleen where I was made very welcome. Dinner was Meat and potato pie, followed by home-made scones, and I have just been handed a bowl of strawberries.

Today I have notched up 220 miles, and have thirteen days to go reach Lindisfarne.
Tomorrow I head for Harrogate, hopefully and easy 12 mile walk. We shall see.
Love and blessings to all.
